Caol Ila 12 Year Old – Feis Ile 2021
This limited-edition 12-year-old Caol Ila single malt was bottled for the 2021 Feis Ile festival. It uses the same recipe as the Distillers Edition release, with a finishing period in ex-Moscatel-wine casks, but the difference is this has been released at cask strength. The palate offers notes of rich smoke, honey, raisins and liquorice with the classic Caol Ila briney finish.
